The main information to facilitate your stay at the Flora

Cancellations

Free if made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date for bookings made with the "Payment at hotel" rate. The cancellation of the booking after 00.00 on the aforementioned cut-off will result in 100% of the cost of the first night's stay being charged.

Supplements and reduction

Children are welcome.

All children aged under 2 pay just €15.00 per person per night (sleeping in cots).
Children aged 2-11 pay a supplement of €25.00 per person per night (sleeping in addition beds).
Supplement for 3rd bed for children aged 12 and above and adults is charged at €45.00 per person per night. 
The maximum number of additional beds or cots is 2.
All types of additional beds and cots are available on request and subject to confirmation by the hotel.

The supplements are not included in the total charge and must be paid separately during the stay.

The check-in time is 3.00pm; prior to that time, the room/suite may not be ready for you to use.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional charge. 

Upon your arrival, you will be asked to supply a credit card to cover the payment of any extras or damage during your stay; if you do not have a credit card, you will be asked to pay a deposit in cash, which will be returned to you upon departure.

The check-out time is 10.00am
